The multifamily real estate industry is booming. Supply is struggling to keep up with demand. From an investing standpoint, it's a perfect time to fortify your portfolio with these valuable assets.
It's also an investment strategy with potentially meaningful, real world impact. From suburb to city block, American housing is compromised by cheap materials, flimsy construction, and irresponsible design.
During our decades in commercial real estate, we saw too many individual investors barred from putting their capital to good use. Return-limiting fees, rampant misinformation, and dishonest players in the industry all prevent investors from getting in on the action.
